Who We Are

In the year 2000, when our company was formed, we built sixteen new homes. Since then, we have developed several properties throughout Snohomish County. This year we have built nearly 200 homes and a half dozen communities. We design and build every new Pacific Ridge Home with thorough attention to quality and detail, inside and out, because we understand that "value" is more than just offering affordable prices.

We are a builder, as well as a developer, so we are able to maintain more control over our projects than a company who merely develops or builds. We work closely with sellers, officials, neighbors, and community groups to create win-win situations for everyone.

Our people are the backbone of our organization. Our associates average 18 years’ experience in real estate development and homebuilding. Every one of our staff members, from construction superintendents to support staff, is committed to our core company values.

Michael T. Kinney, Sr.
Michael Sr. brings over 30 years' experience in the real estate industry to our organization., He founded and led many development and construction firms, which have developed and built thousands of homes throughout Washington and Alaska. His expertise includes sales, land development, and home construction.

Mark Hagenbaugh
Mark's background includes a wide range of experience in business and operations management. He has held several executive positions in the healthcare industry, including serving as Regional Vice President for Horizon Health Care, an operator of 61 rehabilitation clinics in the Pacific Northwest. Following this position, he joined the development/construction field in 1998. We at Pacific Ridge are fortunate to benefit from his business acumen. He helps keep our business running smoothly every day.

Justin Goff
Since 1991, Justin has held superintendent positions for a variety of home construction operations. He also manages all land acquisition and development. Justin has a degree in construction management from Central Washington University and brings us impressive experience supervising land development and home construction.

Mike Kinney, Jr.
Mike Kinney, Jr. holds a degree in construction management from Central Washington University and brings with him valuable experience in the organizational, marketing, and business management aspects of new home construction. His ability to evaluate the needs of landowners and homebuyers, and to design new home communities that meet those needs, has been critical to the success of our company.
